Our executive team is chosen through an application process done in late April. We have eight different positions: President, Vice President, Director of DEI, Director of Communications, Treasurer, Director of Marketing, and Co-Directors of Recruitment. Our 2023-2024 team is as follows:

Meet our UNI SHRM President, Ashley Hackett! Ashley is a senior at UNI, majoring in Human Resource Management and has the I/O Psychology Certificate.
Her favorite thing about SHRM is having the opportunity to network with other students and professionals along with growing as a leader and future HR professional.

Meet our UNI SHRM Vice President, Alexis Krogmann! Lexi is a Junior at UNI, majoring in Human Resources.
Her favorite thing about SHRM is connecting with professionals in the surrounding community and using the opportunities to grow as an HR student.
Lexi is also involved in SHAB (Shull Hall Activities Board) and RHA (Residence Hall Association) on campus, as well as the UNI wish-makers club.
An interesting fact about Lexi is that she loves to fish on the Mississippi River all summer long. She also enjoys making origami in her free time.

Meet our UNI SHRM Director of DEI, Allison Tubbs! Allison is a Senior at UNI, majoring in Psychology, minoring in Business Communication, and has an I/O psychology certificate.
Her favorite thing about SHRM is that she really enjoys the meetings and learning about other people's experience in their HR journey.
Allison is also involved with the spring concert band and plays the clarinet.
An interesting fact about Allisons is that she is adopted from South Korea and is an entrepreneur.

Meet our UNI SHRM Director of Communication, Savannah Pinske! Savannah is a Junior at UNI, majoring in Human Resources, Minoring in Finance and obtaining the I/O Psychology Certificate.
Her favorite thing about SHRM is Networking with and learning from HR professionals as well as getting to know other UNI Students who are interested in the HR Field.
Savannah is also involved in the Business Student Ambassadors.
An interesting fact about Savannah is that she has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Meet our UNI SHRM Treasurer, Juliana Juju! Juju is a Senior at UNI, Majoring in Human Resources, and has the I/O Psychology Certificate.
Her favorite thing about SHRM is the Free food
An interesting fact about Juju is that she likes to write poems in her free time and she is also bilingual!

Meet our UNI SHRM Director of Marketing, Abigail Dyett! Abigail is a Senior at UNI, majoring in Human Resources management, and has the I/O Psychology Certificate.
Her favorite thing about SHRM is the people and friends she has made through the organization and also the networking opportunities.
An interesting fact about Abigail is that she loves to cook and hang with family. One of Abigail's favorite foods is spicy potato curry that her family makes.

Meet our UNI SHRM Director of Recruiting, Reagan Schneiderman! Reagan is a Junior at UNI, majoring in Psychology, Minoring is General Business Concepts, and has the I/O psychology certificate.
Her favorite thing about SHRM is all the opportunities in networking and learning more from professionals in Human Resources!
Reagan is also involved and works at the Admissions office on campus.
An interesting fact about Reagan is that Chick-Fil-A is her favorite food! She also leads the social committee for SHRM, so if you are interested in getting more involved, reach out for more information!

Meet our UNI SHRM Co-Director of Recruitment, Emily Voyna! Emily is a Softmore at UNI, double majoring in Human Resources and Marketing and is working toward getting the I/O psychology certificate.
Her favorite thing about SHRM is meeting new friends and making new connections. She also enjoys the stories and knowledge from our speakers.
Emily is also involved in Women in Business and Intramural Sports.

Meet our UNI SHRM Advisors, Dr.Sarah Rosol! Dr. Rosol holds a Bachelors in Science in Psychology from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, an Masters in Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and her Ph.D in Human Resource and Industrial Relations from University of Minnesota.
An interesting fact about Dr. Rosol has two articles published in Journal of Applied Psychology and Journal of Occupational Health Psychology.
